Protecting North America's Boreal Forest

Larger than the Amazon forest, North America’s Boreal forest is a key regulator of our global climate, supports some of the planet's largest populations of wildlife such as grizzlies, wolves, woodland caribou and lynx, and is the nesting grounds for one-third of the continent's songbirds. Did we also mention that it cleans our air and our water, housing more fresh water in wetlands, lakes, and rivers than any other place on earth?

Sound like a place worth protecting? We couldn’t agree more.
